We posted our music video on popular social network and video website ( Youtube), all of of the comment was positive and that they really enjoy the lip-syncing part of the music video and the mise-en-scene.

Music Video

Here is our final version of the music video on youtube.

we used YouTube to promote the music video to our audiences, as the audiences are able to easily access the music video from their home computers, furthermore this would allow use to publish the music video on popular social network such as Facebook and Twitter, which allow use to inform the audience easily.

Digipak and Poster improvement

After receiving feedback from the rest of the class, they suggest minor improvement for both the digipak and the poster.

for the digipak mention that some of the image are upside down and that i'm missing some of the convention and that some the poster is also missing some of the conventions as well

This is my final digipak for the artist that i'm promoting.

Here is my finish version of my digipak, which show all of the panel filled and that there is an image from our music video. I have also included the name of the distributer (rough trade) and the barcode, the type of font that I have used show a hand written style which show the personality of the artist.

In this screenshot it shows use using different animation in our music video. One of them is of Molly taking off a hat and the other is of a heart moving toward the man chest, the man then spin a full 360 degree, afterwards the heart is split away and move off the screen.

In this screenshot it show different effect that we tried out and see how effective it is on the music video. One of the effect that we used is a cross dissolve for the transactions in the 'Shhhh' part of the song.

After adding a few cross dissolve into the music video, we decided that the cross dissolve don't suit in a music video and was removed.

The design of the digipak show a photo from the music video, which is from one of our animation that we have in our music video.

The poster also have link to social website such as twitter and facebook allowing the audiences to be able to find more informtation about the digipak and the artist.

The contruction of the digipak is almost finish with only 1 panel and the font to be added on to the digipak, the panel which remines is that image of the artist that will be place inside of the digipak on the right hand side.

Digipak process/ Journal

During the contraction of the digipak i have changed the number of panels in the Digipak from a 6 panel to a 4 panel, the reason for this is that it is less difficult to create image that suit the digipak which creating a relation to the artist without being receptive.

today was our final day of film, as we decided to make some more stop-start animations, some of the stop-start included Molly spinning around and dancing. At the end of the day i was responsible to upload the images on final cut pro and to cover any mistakes in the images, such as a shadow of student who was walking past when the photos was taken.

Today we continue film a couple of scenes in the school gallery, the scene that we was shooting involved Molly lip syncing to some of the lyrics and the uses of the parachute men and confetti, also film a scene which Molly is laying on the floor and fallen parachute and confetti.

we have also made a few animation, one of them was a 'shout' and 'yell'.

Today we continue with the editing process for our music video,with the scene that we have filmed. the footage from Bostall Wood was uploaded to final cut pro. both me and Charlotte stayed behind school to edit, also find clips from Bostall woods that we could use in our music video. We mainly focus on the lip syncing parts of the song.
